How to increase Lagos Rep in Lagos Life
To increase Lagos Rep in Lagos Life, open Today's Hustle, claim your daily check-in, complete the three assigned missions and claim each reward. Claim the all-missions bonus afterward. Those three missions plus the bonus award 185 Rep points; check-in rewards add more. Promotion checks your Rep level, rather than the points shown within that level.

Claim rewards in Today's Hustle
Open the Today's Hustle button in the game. The reviewed client also exposes this entrance in your Sim panel. Read the three assigned cards and the daily reward before deciding where to go. The cards show a target, progress and rewards; available objectives depend on your character's current city and circumstances.
- Claim the available Claim day check-in reward.
- Complete an assigned mission and return to its card to claim the reward. A completion notification marks the task ready; it does not itself add the mission's Rep to your total.
- After claiming all three mission rewards, claim the completion bonus. Claiming only two cards does not unlock it.
These rewards reset by game day, using the game's clock. A new calendar day in your own time zone is not the relevant reset. Finish and claim before the game rolls into its next day: the old day's mission list is replaced, and an unfinished or unclaimed card should not be treated as a reward you can collect tomorrow.
How much Rep do the missions award?
The October 9 definitions assign one mission from each tier:
| Mission tier or reward | Rep points | How to receive it |
|---|---|---|
| Easy | 20 | Finish and claim the Easy card |
| Out & about | 35 | Finish and claim the city-activity card |
| Hustle | 50 | Finish and claim the Hustle card |
| All-missions bonus | 80 | Claim all three cards, then claim the bonus |
| Total from the complete set | 185 | All four claims in the same game day |
The 185-point total excludes the check-in and story rewards. It is a calculation from the reward definitions, not a measured daily result for every character. Completing the set depends on your assigned goals, available time and resources. Cash rewards can be affected by the game's wealth multiplier; the listed Rep amounts are the flat point awards.
Fit missions around work and needs
Read your actual cards first. The Easy pool includes tasks such as bathing, cooking, eating, reading or exercising. If your card asks for two meals, one meal does not complete it. Recover a low need with a matching action and make that action serve both purposes. The needs guide helps you choose a recovery method you can currently use.
The Out & about pool can ask for a particular destination, three different places outside home, two public-transport rides or a social activity. Visiting the same place repeatedly will not satisfy a distinct-place target. For a ride target, the reviewed matching modes include danfo, okada, keke and bus. Read the card before paying for travel; use the map guide to combine a required visit with food, supplies or training.
Hustle goals can involve a completed shift, successful work tasks, earnings, a gig, conversations, a skill increase or buying a home item. When a shift is assigned, plan it around your job's schedule. When a gig is assigned, check the money guide for a route whose location and skill requirements you can meet. Completing an unrelated gig does not automatically grant the mission's Rep.
You have one free mission swap per game day, for an unfinished card. It replaces that card with another mission from the same tier and starts the replacement's progress afresh. Use it early if a task requires a purchase you cannot afford or a trip that conflicts with work. Preserve progress on a feasible card instead of swapping simply because another activity sounds easier.
Keep the check-in streak
The check-in follows a repeating seven-claim reward cycle:
| Cycle day | Rep points |
|---|---|
| 1 | 10 |
| 2 | 15 |
| 3 | 20 |
| 4 | 60 |
| 5 | 25 |
| 6 | 30 |
| 7 | 150 |
Seven consecutive game-day claims give 310 Rep points from check-ins alone. Completing missions does not replace the separate check-in claim. A missed game day normally resets the streak. The reviewed Save streak option costs three blessings and has limited eligibility: exactly one missed day, an existing streak longer than one, and enough blessings. Do not spend as though it can restore any number of missed days.
Rep points versus promotion levels
At zero points your character is already Rep level 1. Reaching the next level costs 100 points initially, then 60 more for each subsequent step. The progress bar's into / need XP refers to the current level, not lifetime Rep points.
| Promotion gate | Total Rep points needed from zero | Where the gate applies |
|---|---|---|
| Rep level 3 | 260 | Leaving grade IV of career role 2 |
| Rep level 6 | 1,100 | Leaving grade IV of career role 3 |
| Rep level 10 | 3,060 | Leaving grade IV of career role 4 |
For example, one fully claimed mission set and the first check-in provide 195 points. Starting from zero, that reaches level 2 with 95 points toward the next level; it does not reach level 3. If a promotion needs Rep 6, enter 6 in the promotion checker, not the XP numerator on your bar.
Prevent Rep cooling and diagnose missing progress
The reviewed cooling rules allow a three-game-day grace period after your last Rep award. Thereafter, inactive days reduce points by roughly 3% per day, with rounding and a floor at half your highest recorded Rep point total. This floor is based on points, rather than half your highest level. Receiving another positive Rep award resets the inactivity clock; opening the game without earning Rep does not do so.
If your level is not rising, check unclaimed mission cards, the separate bonus and today's check-in first. Then distinguish current-level XP from the level number. If points fell, inspect the cooling indicator. Story choices and outcomes can also award Rep, but their rewards vary: read the individual card rather than assuming every choice pays the same amount.
This guide combines the official public client's mission, reward, level and cooling rules with interface labels reviewed on October 9, 2026. The routine is practical advice based on those rules. Our review method explains the evidence and correction process.
