Real Rewards: announced, with availability still unverified

Vatar's Lagos Life page describes credits earned in the city being used for offline benefits. Its examples include mobile airtime, food, gifts delivered to recipients and goods supplied by participating brands. The company labels this offer Coming next.

The reviewed page does not publish a launch date, an earning formula, redemption thresholds, eligible regions or a list of participating reward providers. We have not verified a redemption interface inside a logged-in game account. Treat this as a program announcement until the company publishes access instructions and terms.

The current game terms separately say Game Naira cannot be withdrawn to a bank account or redeemed for real-world currency. The rewards announcement does not establish that your Game Naira balance converts into credits. Our money guide and salary calculator continue to describe the fictional game economy.

October 9: Vatar announces a $500,000 angel round

The funding announcement on Vatar's company website is dated October 9, 2026. The company reports raising $500,000 in angel funding and says the funds will support its platform and additional cities.

That is a company announcement, rather than a game patch note. It does not name the next city or give a release date. The company's figures and funding statement are self-reported; this tracker does not present them as independently audited results.

Player statistics: read the metric and the date

Use the official statistics page for the game's latest reported numbers. It separates total players, players currently online, daily activity and visits. Total players are not the same metric as concurrent players, and visits are not a count of unique people.

A dated milestone can remain useful after the live numbers change. Check the original announcement and its publication date before comparing two milestones. We do not label a historical concurrent-player figure as the number online now, or carry an unverified social post into the homepage as a current player total.

The company and the game operator

Vatar identifies Lagos Life as its first world on its official product page. The game terms, reviewed October 11, name Shalom Rayhamen as the operator. A company's product relationship and the operator named in the service terms describe different responsibilities.

Lagos Life Guide is an independent player reference. We are not affiliated with Vatar, Shalom Rayhamen or other game rights holders. The editorial policy explains how we record official statements and game-client evidence.

Elections, player police and city laws

Vatar's product page also promotes governor elections, player policing and legislation. Those descriptions do not provide the account conditions, interface steps or complete rules needed for an actionable guide. Availability and mechanics still need separate in-game verification before we publish instructions for those systems.

How announcements affect our guides

An announcement review has its own date. It does not update the gameplay snapshot used by the jobs database, housing reference or career promotion guide.

For practical play now, follow the beginner guide. For upcoming features, check this tracker and its linked official sources. A reward tutorial or a new city guide will require published rules or verified gameplay evidence before it is added.
